Eternal Hero of Cantha... Yeah, about that. - Guild Wars Forums

So, apparently you're supposed to get the title Eternal Hero of Cantha when you beat the Factions campaign. Well, I did just that but I didn't get a title.

What gives?

I tried using search to see if any topics covered this, but I didn't find anything.

Anyone know what went wrong?

You need to achieve Masters on all missions, not just complete them.

Ignore this, confused with the protector/guardian title.

Masters on all missions is required for Protector or Guardian. You shouldn't need that for the Eternal Hero of Cantha statue. Try logging out to the character select screen, and see if the HoM updates after you log back in.

This. All you need for the Eternal Hero of Cantha statue is to beat Shiro in the Imperial Sanctum.

Eternal HERO of Cantha isn't a title. It's an achievement that you record in your HoM when you complete the Factions campaign. You do not need to get masters to be able to add this achievement to your HoM. Eternal GUARDIAN/PROTECTOR of Cantha are the two titles for completing all missions with masters in NM/HM. It updates when you log out. (I think you can also go to the character selection screen)

Yea I was at 49/50 and dedicated the last weapon required for 50/50 and the calculator stayed at 49/50. Restarted GW and it was fixed

Don't you get that after beating the campaign instead of getting masters? The master one is call eternal protector. Go to HOM and click on the one for it and add it in?

Yes. Eternal Hero is a statue you get for completing a campaign, it is not a title. Protector is a title you get for completing master's/bonus in a whole campaign, it is also a statue.

HoM calculator updates on logging out of your character. This can be a full logout, but also just to the character selection screen.

It is the same with most online games. When they host statistics or whatnot about your account, they cannot update them while you play. You either have to restart the game, or log out. Some sort of weird database error.
